Development was our first business.  Starting in 1999 MVI Solutions programmed and developed web applications for companies in ecommerce, CRM, content management system, MLM applications and hundreds others.   We first used PHP in 1999 and adopted it as a tool that would grow our company.  We developed CRM systems starting in 2001. Our experience with CRM is extensive and growing.  With the advent of open source projects we participated in developing and upgrading many open source products.  We watched the growth of SugarCRM since 2004. As we began to develop modules we realized that our  customized version of SugarCRM was more productive for our clients.   After developing modules for accounting, mobile users, improving sales module and streamlining operation, we had changed the site operation sufficiently so we took the name Full Spectrum CRM.  Our software actually improved the spectrum of uses across the enterprise.  We continue to develop new modules  and offering them to our customers.  I encourage you to speak with your CRM expert if you have a customization that would improve the operation of Full Spectrum CRM.  You might find that we are already working on this customization or you may be suggesting a new improvement that our engineers have not started.
