Full Spectrum CRM offers 6 ways to get the support you need. Purchasing Full Spectrum CRM automatically includes the Standard Support level for technical issue resolution by email, online chat, support forums, manuals and FAQ sections of the site.
We also offer telephone support from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Monday - Friday at an additional charge. Telephone support may be purchased on an as needed basis at $85 per incident. We also have pre-paid options: A package of 5 incidents for $80 per incident; A package of 10 incidents for $75 per incident; A package of 15 incidents for $70 per incident and; A package of 20 incidents for $65 per incident. Incident packages do not have a fixed expiration date.
