FULL SPECTRUM CRM SETUP AND TRAINING

Then Full Spectrum CRM is your answer!

We understand what you need and will guide you from set up through training. The software set up takes the Full Spectrum CRM product and adapts it for the way your business works. This includes logo, forms set up, suppressing certain features from being seen by various users, or perhaps all users; re-arranging screen layouts, adding and deleting fields, changing field names, and editing the options presented on drop-down boxes. The items that can be customized during the set up can be viewed here. Additional set up time can be purchased at the rate of $85 per hour.

Training is available at $125 per user and is done via telephone, taking approximately 1 ? hour per user. We recommend that training be provided to one office staff member who then becomes your in house Full Spectrum CRM expert, who can then train additional members of your staff. Of course we are always available if you have questions.

     
                                    

Telephone Support

Call 1- 877-633-9536 Option 6, requires either prepaid support or credit card. Telephone support may be purchased on an as needed basis at an additional $85 per incident. We also have pre-paid options which are available in the following manner:

  • A package of 5 incidents for $80 per incident
  • A package of 10 incidents for $75 per incident
  • A package of 15 incidents for $70 per incident
  • A package of 20 incidents for $65 per incident

Incident packages do not have a fixed expiration date.
