You can import sales, leads, opportunities, contacts, notes and accounting information.
From systems ACT, SalesForce, Micrsosft Outlook and ther system require that you first export from other software to common separated values (.CSV) file to your local computer. You can then import the .CSV files into your CRM system. If you import to an unknown account the account will automatically be made operative. Note however that files created automatically are empty. To avoid this it is recommended that the accounts first be uploaded before the date. |
